The first look inside Surat Metro is out, and it is pure Diamond City. The coach ceilings are shaped like diamond cuts and facets, a themed interior that is a first for any metro in India, with CCTV and comfortable seating. Underground, Surat also gets India's first stacked stations at Muskati Hospital and Labheshwar, built about 110 ft deep, where the up and down trains run one above the other. The route was even shifted to save the 700-year-old Chor Amli tree in Adajan.

सूरत मेट्रो के कोच का फर्स्ट लुक सामने आया है और इसमें डायमंड सिटी का एहसास होता है। छत पर हीरे के अलग-अलग कट और फेसिट्स का डिजाइन है, जो देश की किसी मेट्रो में पहली बार है, साथ में CCTV और आरामदायक सीटें। मस्कती हॉस्पिटल और लाभेश्वर में करीब 110 फीट गहराई पर देश के पहले स्टैक्ड स्टेशन बने हैं, जहां ट्रेनें ऊपर-नीचे चलेंगी। अडाजण के 700 साल पुराने चोर आमली पेड़ को बचाने के लिए रूट भी बदला गया था।
