Surat’s Food Safety Department continued its inspection drive for the sixth consecutive day, checking hotels and restaurants across the city. Health inspections were also carried out at the Bhagal Mava Market, where samples of mava were collected and sent for testing. On the sixth day, 189 hotels and restaurants were inspected, 7,629 kg of inedible food was destroyed and notices were issued to 110 establishments. Over the past six days, a total of 1,535 hotels and restaurants have been inspected, 817 hotels, restaurants and dhabas have received notices, 55,768 kg of inedible food has been destroyed and ₹28.75 lakh in fines have been collected.
सूरत में फूड सेफ्टी विभाग की होटल और रेस्टोरेंट पर जांच लगातार छठे दिन भी जारी रही। भागल इलाके के मावा बाजार में भी स्वास्थ्य जांच की गई और मावा के सैंपल लेकर जांच के लिए भेजे गए। छठे दिन 189 होटल और रेस्टोरेंट की जांच कर 7,629 किलो अखाद्य खाद्य पदार्थ नष्ट किए गए और 110 प्रतिष्ठानों को नोटिस दिया गया। पिछले छह दिनों में कुल 1,535 होटल और रेस्टोरेंट की जांच, 817 होटल-रेस्टोरेंट और ढाबों को नोटिस, 55,768 किलो अखाद्य खाद्य पदार्थ नष्ट और ₹28.75 लाख का जुर्माना वसूला गया है।
