Amdavad’s AMTS is set to expand EV charging facilities across the city. A new charging station near Nehru Bridge is planned to charge up to 16 electric buses at once, along with charging stations at seven other locations.
The move aims to reduce charging-related delays, get buses back on their routes faster, and reduce waiting time for passengers.
