ચંદી પડવાના પર્વ પહેલાં સુરતમાં ઘારી વિક્રેતાઓને ત્યાં પાલિકાના આરોગ્ય અને ફૂડ વિભાગના દરોડા, વિવિધ ઝોનમાં ઘારીના સેમ્પલ લઈ તપાસ માટે લેબમાં મોકલાયા. ઘીમાં, માવા, કલર સહિતના કાચા માલની ગુણવત્તાની તપાસ કરાશે. લેબ રિપોર્ટ આવ્યા બાદ જો સેમ્પલ ફેલ થશે તો સંબંધિત વિક્રેતાઓ સામે કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે.
चांदनी पड़वा पर्व से पहले सूरत में घारी विक्रेताओं के यहां महानगरपालिका के स्वास्थ्य और फूड विभाग ने छापेमारी की। विभिन्न ज़ोन में घारी के सैंपल लेकर जांच के लिए लैब भेजे गए हैं। घी, मावा, कलर सहित कच्चे माल की गुणवत्ता की जांच होगी। लैब रिपोर्ट आने के बाद सैंपल फेल होने पर संबंधित विक्रेताओं के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
Ahead of Chandi Padvo, Surat Municipal Corporation’s Health and Food Department raided Ghari vendors across various zones. Samples of Ghari have been collected and sent to a laboratory for testing. The quality of ingredients, including ghee, mawa and food colouring, will be examined. Further action will be taken against vendors if the samples fail laboratory tests.
