#News | The Sarbananda Sonowal Sports Complex at Jalan Outdoor Stadium in Dibrugarh is witnessing ongoing development works aimed at strengthening sports infrastructure and improving facilities for players, officials and the media.
Dibrugarh District Sports Association (DDSA) General Secretary Kamakhya Saikia spoke about the ongoing projects, which include a Players’ Pavilion, Media Box, Match Referee Room, DDSA Lounge, Video Analysis Room and Umpires’ Room.
According to Saikia, the newly developed facilities are expected to be opened around October 9 or 10, marking an important addition to the sporting infrastructure at the Jalan Stadium.
The development is expected to provide a more organised and modern environment for sporting events, while enhancing facilities for players, match officials, umpires and media personnel.
