The 2nd State Level Census Coordination Committee (SLCCC) Meeting was held on 10.09.2026 under the chairmanship of Dr. V. Candavelou, Chief Secretary, Goa, to review the preparedness for Phase-II (Population Enumeration) of Census 2027. Smt. Cheshta Yadav, Director of Census Operations, Goa, presented and discussed the agenda points. The Chief Secretary emphasized the importance of Census 2027 and directed all Secretaries, Collectors and Directors of various Depts. to extend their full cooperation for its successful conduct.
