শিৱসাগৰ জিলাত বিগত ১৯ জুলাইত হোৱা প্রলয়ংকাৰী বানপানীত Severe/ Full damage শ্রেণীত ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত লোকৰ জৰীপ প্রক্রিয়া Rapid Damage Assessment Survey যোৱা ৯ আগষ্টৰ পৰা অব্যাহত আছে। এই কার্য্যত নিয়োজিত ৫৭৪ গৰাকী জৰীপকাৰীয়ে প্রায় ৮৫% জৰীপ সম্পূর্ণ কৰিছে আৰু Severe/Full damage শ্রেণীত ৪২৫০০ ঘৰ চিনাক্ত কৰিছে। উক্ত জৰীপ সমূহৰ সৈতে তাতশাল, পশুধন, ছাগলী, গাহৰি, হাঁহ-কুকুৰা আদিৰ ক্ষতিও সন্নিবিষ্ট কৰা হৈছে। ৩০ আগষ্টলৈকে চলিবলগীয়া এই Severe/Full damage জৰীপত যদি কোনো পৰিয়াল বাদ পৰি গৈছে তেন্তে জৰীপকাৰী দল, গাঁওপ্রধান অথবা ৱার্ড সদস্য সকলক অনতিপলমে যোগাযোগ কৰিবলৈ জিলা প্ৰশাসনৰ তৰফৰ পৰা আহ্বান জনোৱা হৈছে।
ইয়াৰ উপৰিও শিৱসাগৰ জিলাৰ বানাক্ৰান্ত ৰাইজৰ বাবে ঘোষণা কৰা ১৫০০০ টকাৰ এককালীন সাহার্য্য ইতিমধ্যেই ৫৮৭৯৫ গৰাকী ব্যক্তিৰ বেংক একাউন্টযোগে যোৱা ১৭ আগষ্ট তাৰিখ পর্যন্ত জমা কৰা হৈছে। তদুপৰি আন ৭৫০০ তকৈ অধিক লোকৰ বেংকৰ লেনদেন প্রক্রিয়া বেংক একাউন্ট সংখ্যা, IFSC অথবা আন তথ্য শুদ্ধ নোহোৱাৰ বাবে নাকচ হয়। উক্ত তথ্যসমূহ শুদ্ধ কৰি ১৯ আগষ্ট তাৰিখে ASDMA লৈ প্রেৰণ কৰা হয় আৰু এই সপ্তাহৰ ভিতৰত হিতাধিকাৰী সকলে ধনবাশি লাভ কৰিব। ইয়াৰ উপৰিও জিলা আয়ুক্ত কার্যালয়ত আবেদন কৰা ৬০০০ বানাক্ৰান্ত লোকৰ তালিকা ইতিমধ্যেই অসম ৰাজ্যিক দুর্যোগ ব্যৱস্থাপনা বিভাগলৈ বিহিত ব্যৱস্থাৰ বাবে প্ৰেৰণ কৰা হৈছে। জিলাৰ পৰা লাভ কৰা তথ্য সমূহ ASDMA, বিত্ত বিভাগ, Reserve Bank of India ৰ পৰীক্ষণৰ পিছতহে বেংক একাউন্টলৈ ধনৰাশি পঠিওৱা হয় সেয়েহে বাকী পৰিয়াল সমূহেও সাহার্য এই সপ্তাহৰ ভিতৰতে লাভ কৰিব। বানাক্ৰান্ত ৰাইজৰ (কাপোৰ-কানি হেৰুওৱা/ বাচন-বর্তন হেৰুওৱা/ ১০ দিনৰ জীৱিকাৰ ক্ষতিপূৰণ) তালিকা প্রস্তুত কৰাৰ বাবে বিভিন্ন স্তৰৰ মাজেদি পৰীক্ষণ কৰাৰ প্ৰয়োজনীয়তা আছে যাতে প্রকৃত বানাক্ৰান্ত বাদ পৰি নাযায় তথা অযোগ্য ব্যক্তিয়ে সুবিধা লাভ নকৰে। শিৱসাগৰ জিলা আয়ুক্ত কাৰ্য্যালয়ত জমা হোৱা আবেদন সমূহৰ উপৰোক্ত পৰীক্ষণ সমূহ তথা দিজিটাইজেচন প্রক্রিয়া চলি আছে আৰু যোগ্য বিবেচিত পৰিয়ালসমূহৰ তথ্য বিহিত ব্যৱস্থাৰ বাবে অসম ৰাজ্যিক দুর্যোগ ব্যৱস্থাপনা বিভাগলৈ প্রেৰণ কৰা হ'ব।

The Rapid Damage Assessment Survey of people affected under the Severe/Full Damage category in the devastating flood that occurred in Sivasagar District on 19 July is ongoing since 9 August. A total of 574 surveyors have been engaged in this exercise, and approximately 85% of the survey has already been completed. So far, around 42,500 houses have been identified under the Severe/Full Damage category. The survey also includes damages to handlooms, livestock, goats, pigs, ducks, poultry, etc.
The survey will continue until 30 August. If any family has been inadvertently left out of the full/severe damage survey, they are requested to contact the survey teams, Gaon Pradhans, or Ward Members at the earliest.
In addition, the one-time assistance of 15,000 announced for the flood-affected people of Sivasagar District has already been credited to the bank accounts of 58,795 beneficiaries as of 17 August. Furthermore, the bank transactions of more than 7,500 additional beneficiaries were rejected due to incorrect bank account numbers, IFSC codes, or other details. The corrected information was sent to ASDMA on 19 August, and the beneficiaries are expected to receive the assistance within this week.
In addition, the list of 6,000 flood-affected persons who submitted applications at the District Commissioner's Office has already been forwarded to the Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA) for necessary action.
The data received from the district is subjected to verification by ASDMA, the Finance Department, and the Reserve Bank of India, after which the funds are transferred to the beneficiaries' bank accounts. Therefore, the remaining eligible families are also expected to receive the assistance soon.
For preparation of the list of DBT of Rs-15,000 eligible for assistance for loss of clothing, loss of utensils, and compensation for 10 days of livelihood, verification at various levels is necessary. This is being done to ensure that no genuine flood-affected person is left out and that ineligible persons do not receive the benefits.
The applications received at the Office of the District Commissioner, Sivasagar, are currently undergoing the necessary verification and digitization process. The details of families found eligible after completion of the verification process will be forwarded to the Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA) for taking further necessary action.
