Three Arrested for Stealing Electric Motor from Closed Crusher Unit in Birmitrapur
Birmitrapur, September 4, 2026:( SatyaNewsAlert ) Police have arrested three persons for allegedly stealing an electric motor from a defunct crusher unit at Andhari under Birmitrapur police limits in Sundargarh district.
According to police, the accused allegedly stole the electric motor from the closed crusher unit. Among the three arrested persons is a businessman who allegedly purchased the stolen motor.
The accused were subsequently forwarded to court.
Police have launched a further investigation into the case to ascertain the involvement of others and gather more details regarding the theft and disposal of the stolen property.
