Pal RTO સામે હવે બનવા જઈ રહ્યું છે સુરતનું સૌથી ઊંચું કોમર્શિયલ ટાવર. રાજ્ય સરકારની Special Technical Committee પાસેથી આ પ્રોજેક્ટને મંજૂરી મળી છે. આ ટાવરની ઊંચાઈ 142.99 મીટર હશે અને તેમાં કુલ 40 માળ હશે. સૌથી ખાસ વાત એ છે કે આ બિલ્ડિંગમાં લગભગ 300 ઓફિસ બનાવવામાં આવશે. આ પ્રોજેક્ટનો વિકાસ Vibrant Group દ્વારા કરવામાં આવશે. ગ્રુપના Hitesh Shahના જણાવ્યા મુજબ અહીં આધુનિક કોર્પોરેટ સ્પેસ સાથે ખાસ આર્કિટેક્ચરલ ડિઝાઇન તૈયાર કરવામાં આવી રહી છે. બિલ્ડિંગના 21મા માળે 35 ફૂટનું cantilever પણ હશે, જે તેને સુરતની skylineમાં એક અલગ ઓળખ આપશે. પ્રોજેક્ટને 5.40 FSI મળતા રાજ્ય સરકારને આશરે ₹30.56 કરોડનો ઇન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચર ચાર્જ પણ મળશે. એટલે કે, Pal RTO વિસ્તાર હવે સુરતના નવા commercial landmark માટે તૈયાર થઈ રહ્યો છે. તમારા મતે, આ ટાવર સુરતની નવી ઓળખ બનશે?
