Surat: New Civil Hospital, one of the biggest hospitals in South Gujarat, now sends pathology and microbiology lab reports straight to patients' WhatsApp as a PDF. Once a sample is tested and the report is verified, it goes automatically to the mobile number given at registration. Patients from Surat, Tapi, Navsari, Valsad and nearby villages no longer need to stand in long queues or travel back the next day just to collect a report. In-charge superintendent Dr. Parul Vadgama has asked patients to give only a correct, working WhatsApp number at the case-paper or lab window.
સુરત: દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતની સૌથી મોટી હોસ્પિટલોમાંની એક નવી સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલમાં હવે પેથોલોજી અને માઇક્રોબાયોલોજીના લેબ રિપોર્ટ PDF સ્વરૂપે સીધા દર્દીના WhatsApp પર મોકલાય છે. સેમ્પલનું પરીક્ષણ પૂરું થઈ રિપોર્ટ વેરિફાય થતાં જ રજિસ્ટ્રેશન વખતે આપેલા મોબાઈલ નંબર પર આપોઆપ પહોંચી જશે. સુરત, તાપી, નવસારી, વલસાડ અને આસપાસના ગામોના દર્દીઓને હવે રિપોર્ટ લેવા લાંબી લાઈનમાં ઊભા રહેવું કે બીજા દિવસે ફરી આવવું નહીં પડે. ઇન્ચાર્જ સુપરિન્ટેન્ડેન્ટ ડૉ. પારુલ વડગામાએ કેસ પેપર કે લેબ બારી પર માત્ર સાચો અને ચાલુ WhatsApp નંબર આપવા અપીલ કરી છે.
सूरत: दक्षिण गुजरात के सबसे बड़े अस्पतालों में से एक नई सिविल अस्पताल में अब पैथोलॉजी और माइक्रोबायोलॉजी की लैब रिपोर्ट PDF के रूप में सीधे मरीज़ के WhatsApp पर भेजी जाती हैं. सैंपल की जांच पूरी होकर रिपोर्ट वेरिफाई होते ही रजिस्ट्रेशन के समय दिए गए मोबाइल नंबर पर अपने आप पहुंच जाएगी. सूरत, तापी, नवसारी, वलसाड और आसपास के गांवों के मरीज़ों को अब रिपोर्ट के लिए लंबी लाइन में खड़ा होने या अगले दिन फिर आने की ज़रूरत नहीं होगी. इंचार्ज सुपरिंटेंडेंट डॉ. पारुल वडगामा ने केस पेपर या लैब खिड़की पर केवल सही और चालू WhatsApp नंबर देने की अपील की है.
