અમદાવાદમાં AMCનો મોટો એક્શન!

ફાયર સેફ્ટીના નિયમોનું પાલન ન કરનાર 8 હોટલ અને રેસ્ટોરન્ટને AMCના ફાયર એન્ડ ઇમરજન્સી સર્વિસ વિભાગે એક જ દિવસમાં સીલ કરી દીધા.

ફાયર વિભાગ દ્વારા અનેક વખત નોટિસ આપવામાં આવી હોવા છતાં, ફાયર પ્રિવેન્શન એન્ડ લાઇફ સેફ્ટી એક્ટ-2013 મુજબની જરૂરી સુરક્ષા વ્યવસ્થાઓ પૂર્ણ કરવામાં આવી નહોતી. જેના કારણે સીલ મારવાની કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવી.

AMCએ સ્પષ્ટ કર્યું છે કે જાહેર સુરક્ષા સાથે કોઈપણ પ્રકારનું સમાધાન કરવામાં આવશે નહીં. નિયમોનું ઉલ્લંઘન કરનાર સંસ્થાઓ સામે આવનારા સમયમાં પણ આવી જ કડક કાર્યવાહી ચાલુ રહેશે.
