Bokaro: The second day of Delhi Public School (DPS), Bokaro's three-day Primary Wing cultural fiesta, Dharohar, turned into a grand celebration of patriotism as students participated in the Inter-House Group Song Competition. The event witnessed young performers filling the auditorium with patriotic melodies, creating an atmosphere of pride and unity.

Dressed in costumes representing the saffron, white and green of the Indian National Flag, the children delivered soulful renditions of patriotic songs while waving the Tricolour. Their energetic performances reflected the spirit of a progressive India and paid heartfelt tributes to the country's brave martyrs. The synchronized singing and vibrant stage presence earned loud applause from the audience.
##Six Houses Showcase Musical Excellence
The patriotic musical journey began with Ganga House's presentation of "Kadam Kadam Badhaye Ja". Chenab House followed with "Aage Badho Vishwa Mein Baja Do Danka", while Jhelum House performed "Ya Rab Rahe Salamat, Bharat Hamara Bharat". Raavi House impressed with "Hum Sab Bhartiya Hain", Sutlej House captivated the audience through "Chalo Jawano Badho Jawano", and Jamuna House concluded the competition with "Hindustan Ka Parcham Lahrate Rahenge Hum". Every performance highlighted the enthusiasm and patriotic spirit of the young participants.
##Sutlej and Jamuna Houses Share Top Honours
Based on the overall performances, Sutlej House and Jamuna House jointly secured the first position. Ganga House finished second, while Jhelum House and Raavi House shared the third position. The competition was judged by Senior Wing music teachers Mrittunjoy Bhattacharjee, Vicky Anand Pathak and Shubhojit Mishra. The programme was smoothly anchored by Class V students Chiranjeet and Aditi.

DPS Bokaro Principal Dr. A. S. Gangwar congratulated the young performers and the Primary Wing teachers for organising the event successfully.
