#Dibrugarh | The All Dibrugarh Students’ Union will organise a free eye check-up camp in collaboration with K.K. Saharia Eye Hospital at Chowkidinghee Field, Dibrugarh, as a tribute to Assam’s beloved singer and cultural icon Zubeen Garg on 19th September.
The camp will provide free eye examinations and basic eye-care guidance to members of the public. Medical professionals from K.K. Saharia Eye Hospital will conduct the check-ups during the programme.
The organisers have also planned an evening cultural programme, where “Mayabani” will be performed as part of the tribute.
The initiative aims to combine a public welfare activity with a cultural tribute, remembering Zubeen Garg and his immense contribution to Assamese music and culture.
