The Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) and the Central Council for Research in Yoga & Naturopathy (CCRYN), research councils under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, is inviting applications for for Ph.D. Fellowships and Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) in Ayurveda and Yoga & Naturopathy from NET-qualified non-Ayush (non-medical) candidates.
A total of 20 fellowships are available—16 in Ayurveda and 4 in Yoga & Naturopathy. The monthly fellowship is ₹37,000 for JRFs and ₹42,000 for SRFs, plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) and applicable contingency support, as per the advertisement.
Candidates must be up to 28 years of age, with a relaxation of up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates, persons with eligible disabilities, and female applicants.
