સુરતના પાંડેસરા GIDCમાં ચાલી રહેલા G+4 બાંધકામને લઈને અનેક સવાલો ઊભા થયા છે. આટલા મોટા પાયે બાંધકામ માટે GIDCની મંજૂરી લેવામાં આવી છે કે કેમ, તે અંગે તપાસની માંગ ઉઠી છે. બાંધકામમાં Approved Building Plan, મંજૂર FSI અને વાસ્તવિક FSI, તેમજ Margin, Setback અને Building Heightના નિયમોનું પાલન થઈ રહ્યું છે કે નહીં તે તપાસનો વિષય બન્યો છે. સ્થાનિક સ્તરે એવી પણ ચર્ચા છે કે બાંધકામનો ઉપયોગ ઔદ્યોગિક હેતુ માટે છે કે અન્ય પ્રકારના ઉપયોગ માટે થઈ રહ્યો છે? જોકે આ અંગે સત્તાવાર સ્પષ્ટતા જરૂરી છે. બાંધકામ હજુ ચાલુ હોવાથી GIDC દ્વારા તાત્કાલિક સ્થળ તપાસ કરી દસ્તાવેજો અને મંજૂરીઓની ચકાસણી કરવામાં આવે, અને કોઈ નિયમભંગ જણાય તો બાંધકામ પૂર્ણ થાય તે પહેલાં કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવે. હવે સવાલ એ છે કે આ G+4 બાંધકામને ખરેખર GIDCની મંજૂરી છે કે પછી નિયમોને નેવે મૂકી બાંધકામ થઈ રહ્યું છે? #krantisamaynews #krantisamay #surat #pandesara

Residents near Hodi Bangla Char Rasta in Surat have raised complaints about garbage and dirty water in the drinking water supply. Local women alleged that several areas are facing water-related issues and that SMC officials are not reaching the affected areas for cleaning. Union Minister C.R. Patil criticised the Congress, alleging that the opposition did not support strict legislation against paper leaks and did not allow Parliament to function properly.
