Dr Ramrao D Patil, DDG (Ayush), Ayush vertical, DGHS, was invited to the National Review Meeting on Elimination of Lymphatic Filariasis (LF) and Kala-azar. The meeting was organised by the National Centre for Vector-Borne Diseases Control (NCVBDC), MOHFW, Government of India, in association with the WHO Country Office for India & Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) on 09th & 10th July 2026 at JW Marriott Hotel, Kolkata, West Bengal. DDG Ayush shared the dais for the inaugural session along with other dignitaries. He also co-chaired a panel discussion on "Strengthening MMDP Services for Lymphoedema and Hydrocele Management". During the discussion, he gave a presentation on "Ayush integration in LF MMDP".
