#News | In an attempt to streamline vehicular movement and reduce traffic congestion at the busy Thana Charali junction, the Dibrugarh Traffic Department has installed a series of traffic cones to regulate vehicle movement. The cone-based traffic arrangement, introduced a few days ago, has helped guide motorists and manage turning movements at the intersection. Under the new system, vehicles taking a left turn are required to use the designated lane inside the cone-marked area. The initiative has reportedly brought noticeable improvement in traffic flow, reducing unnecessary lane-cutting and confusion among commuters.
