आज से 58 साल पहले, 1968 में आयोजित नंदा देवी राजजात यात्रा की ये दुर्लभ झलकियां हमें उस दौर के पहाड़, लोगों, परंपराओं और आस्था से रूबरू कराती हैं।

न तब आधुनिक सड़कें थीं, न आज जैसी सुविधाएं…
लेकिन मां नंदा के प्रति आस्था वही थी, जो सदियों से पहाड़ की पहचान रही है।

नौटी से हिमालय की ऊंचाइयों तक जाती यह यात्रा केवल एक धार्मिक यात्रा नहीं, बल्कि गढ़वाल की संस्कृति, लोकविश्वास और पहाड़ी जीवन का जीवंत दस्तावेज है। 1968 की राजजात उन ऐतिहासिक राजजात यात्राओं में शामिल है, जिनका उल्लेख उपलब्ध अभिलेखों में मिलता है।
