World Samosa Day in Delhi was the perfect excuse to celebrate one of India’s most loved snacks!
We spent a rainy afternoon at @callchotu_india Saket, with foodie friends, and plenty of creative samosa varieties. From pav samosa and matar samosa to corn and noodle samosa, this was a fun reminder of just how many ways India can reinvent its favourite snack.
There was a fun panel discussion, the launch of a Samosa Guide and the debut of Tinu, the new samosa mascot. And somewhere between the chai, rain and samosas, we found ourselves going back to those school memories that make this humble snack so special.
Because in Delhi, chai + baarish + samosa = a mood.
