We visited the Saket outlet of Burma Burma to try their limited-edition PaukSe & Palata special, inspired by the bustling tea shops of Burma. One unforgettable evening where history met hospitality. ✨ We attended the first chapter of The Living Table, organized by @inkpotindia_ beginning with a fascinating discussion on how migration and partition shaped the flavours and recipes of Indian cuisine. The evening concluded with a spectacular luxury dining experience by Moti Mahal at Neem Haveli, @kathikaolddelhi where handcrafted cocktails, live music, and timeless North Indian dishes were served in a stunning heritage courtyard illuminated by grand chandeliers. This was one evening that truly celebrated India’s rich culinary legacy. World Samosa Day in Delhi was the perfect excuse to celebrate one of India’s most loved snacks! We spent a rainy afternoon at @callchotu_india Saket, with foodie friends, and plenty of creative samosa varieties. From pav samosa and matar samosa to corn and noodle samosa, this was a fun reminder of just how many ways India can reinvent its favourite snack. There was a fun panel discussion, the launch of a Samosa Guide and the debut of Tinu, the new samosa mascot. And somewhere between the chai, rain and samosas, we found ourselves going back to those school memories that make this humble snack so special. Because in Delhi, chai + baarish + samosa = a mood. Seraikela Kharsawan, Jharkhand - a place where dance, craft, forests, food and living traditions come together. Our journey took us through village communities, Chhau performances and traditional craft workshops, giving us a much closer look at the cultural life of this fascinating region. From the graceful, masked movements of Seraikela Chhau to the energetic Manbhum Chhau and the maskless Kharsawan Chhau, every performance had its own character and story. We also spent time with the artisans behind the art - watching Seraikela Chhau masks and headgears being made, discovering Kashi grass craft, and seeing bamboo transformed into everyday objects and beautiful artisanal jewellery. Staying at Nimdih Gandhi Ashram added another dimension to the journey - a peaceful base surrounded by nature and rooted in Gandhian thought. And this is just the beginning. Delhi got a little taste of South India, and honestly, we were here for it! ❤️ @redfmindia South Side Story – Delhi Edition brought together the best of South Indian pop culture, food, art, music and traditions for two days of pure fun and high-energy vibes. From the beautiful South Indian-inspired décor and cultural experiences to a delicious Sadhya, fun games, hampers and some seriously good music, there was something happening at every corner. And the crowd energy? Absolutely infectious!
