The board has announced that duplicate HSLC and Higher Secondary Final Pass Certificates, Marksheets, Admit Cards, and Registration Cards will be issued free of cost to eligible students from the flood-hit districts of Charaideo, Sivasagar, Jorhat, and Golaghat. To apply, students only need to submit an online application along with a self-certification stating that they were affected by the floods and lost their documents. In a student-friendly move, ASSEB has also clarified that no police report (FIR) will be required, making the application process faster and easier for flood-affected students.
