Clear and Strong Clarification By Union Minister Jual Oram In His Facebook Page On His District Representative Khushbu Yadav .
I would like to place the facts on record and make the position absolutely clear to everyone. Khushbu Yadav is my District Representative. She is neither my Additional Private Secretary (APS) nor a member of my staff. She has been working with me for a long period and assisting me in matters relating to my public responsibilities and constituency-related activities. In this capacity, she attends government meetings and official programmes connected with my work.
I would also like to clarify that I had expressed my intention to appoint her as my Additional Private Secretary (Addl. PS). However, due to certain reasons, the proposed appointment could not be implemented. This, in no way, affects or alters her present role as my District Representative.
Khushbu Yadav is not merely a representative associated with me; she has her own independent identity, public standing and support base.
Those attempting to distort facts, misrepresent her designation and deliberately spread false claims describing her as “fake” should take note that such defamatory and malicious propaganda will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Any individual who creates, publishes or circulates false and defamatory information with the intention of damaging her reputation and dignity will be liable to face appropriate legal action in accordance with the law.
The facts are clear, and any deliberate attempt to misrepresent them will be dealt with firmly through appropriate legal channels.

ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ତଥ୍ୟ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଦେବାକୁ ଚାହୁଁଛି—ଖୁସବୁ ଯାଦବ ମୋର District Representative। ସେ ମୋର APS କିମ୍ବା ମୋର କୌଣସି Staff ନୁହନ୍ତି। ସେ ଦୀର୍ଘଦିନ ଧରି ମୋ ସହିତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରି ଆସୁଛନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ମୋର ସାର୍ବଜନୀନ ଓ ନିର୍ବାଚନମଣ୍ଡଳୀ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ମୋତେ ସହଯୋଗ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଭୂମିକାରେ ସେ ମୋର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ସରକାରୀ ବୈଠକ ଓ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଯୋଗଦେଇଥାନ୍ତି।
ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଦେଉଛି ଯେ, ମୁଁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ମୋର Addl. PS ଭାବେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରିବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଥିଲି, କିନ୍ତୁ କିଛି କାରଣବଶତଃ ସେହି ନିଯୁକ୍ତି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ହୋଇପାରିଲା ନାହିଁ। ଏହା ତାଙ୍କର ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନର District Representative ଭୂମିକାକୁ କୌଣସି ଭାବେ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ କରେ ନାହିଁ।
ଖୁସବୁ ଯାଦବ କେବଳ ମୋର ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ନୁହନ୍ତି; ସେ ନିଜର ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ପରିଚୟ ଓ ନିଜସ୍ୱ ଜନସମର୍ଥନ ସହିତ ଜଣେ ସାର୍ବଜନୀନ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିତ୍ୱ।
ତଥ୍ୟକୁ ବିକୃତ କରି, ତାଙ୍କ ପଦବୀକୁ ଭୁଲ୍ ଭାବରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରି ଏବଂ “ସେ ଫେକ୍” ବୋଲି ମିଥ୍ୟା ପ୍ରଚାର କରି ତାଙ୍କର ସମ୍ମାନ ଓ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାକୁ କ୍ଷତି ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବାକୁ ଉଦ୍ୟମ କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକମାନେ ମନେ ରଖନ୍ତୁ—ଏପରି ମାନହାନିକର ଓ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟମୂଳକ ପ୍ରଚାରକୁ କୌଣସି ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ ବରଦାସ୍ତ କରାଯିବ ନାହିଁ।
ମିଥ୍ୟା ଓ ମାନହାନିକର ତଥ୍ୟ ସୃଷ୍ଟି, ପ୍ରକାଶ କିମ୍ବା ପ୍ରଚାର କରୁଥିବା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ଆଇନ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ଆଇନଗତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହେବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ ।
