#News | The special Summer Cultural Workshops organized by the Government of Assam’s Directorate of Cultural Affairs, in collaboration with the Dibrugarh District Administration, commenced on 12th July across six Assembly constituencies of Dibrugarh district. The workshops will continue until July 26, 2026. The initiative is being held in the constituencies of Dibrugarh, Chabua-Lahowal, Naharkatia, Duliajan, Khowang, and Tingkhong with the objective of nurturing the hidden talents of children and youth while preserving Assam’s rich cultural heritage. Participants will receive training in various cultural disciplines, including Sattriya dance, folk dance, traditional musical instruments, theatre, and other performing arts, under the guidance of experienced instructors.
