![GURUGRAM PG CRISIS: Hundreds Forced to Vacate PGs After Sealing Drive in DLF Areas 🚨
A major crackdown on unauthorized PGs and commercial activities in DLF Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, Phase 4 and Phase 5 has left hundreds of students, job seekers, freshers and working professionals searching for new accommodation across Gurugram.
According to reports, authorities have taken action against buildings facing issues related to unauthorized commercial use, fire safety norms, building violations and overcrowding. Following the sealing drive, many residents were asked to vacate their PGs, leading to a sudden housing crunch in some parts of the city.
Several students and office-goers who moved to Gurugram for education and employment are now struggling to find affordable accommodation near their colleges and workplaces. The demand for legal PGs, rental rooms and co-living spaces has increased significantly in the affected areas.
