A fire broke out in the computer lab of SNDT College at Kama Gully in Ghatkopar (West) on Monday morning. The blaze, reported at 8.19 am, was confined to Class D-105 on the first floor of the ground-plus-three-storey college building. According to the MFB, the fire involved electric wiring, electrical installations, a television set and other equipment in the computer lab. Firefighters brought the blaze under control and extinguished it by 8.46 am. No injuries have been reported in the incident. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
