A cement-laden truck from Haryana overturned in Dehradun this morning, killing two people on the spot and leaving two others in critical condition.The truck then went out of control and overturned about 200 meters ahead. The accident occurred this morning at Mohbbewala on the Delhi-Dehradun Highway. The truck was coming from Asharodi towards the city. Upon receiving information, the ISBT outpost in-charge, the Clement Town fire team, and the Patel Nagar police arrived at the scene.
