Brief Description
Under this scheme, financial assistance of ₹50,000/- is provided to married couples where, in the case of an inter-caste marriage, one spouse belongs to a Scheduled Caste, and in the case of an inter-religious marriage, both spouses belong to different religions.

In the case of an inter-caste marriage, one spouse must belong to a Scheduled Caste. 1. In the case of an inter-religious marriage, both spouses must belong to different religions.

Application Process
- The received application is forwarded to the government for approval through the Directorate, along with the recommendation of the District Magistrate, after necessary scrutiny by the District Social Welfare Officer. - It is mandatory to attach the following documents with the application form: a copy of the bride and groom&39;s date of birth certificate (High School Certificate/Birth Certificate/Family Register/Aadhaar Card), marriage registration certificate, and details of a CBS bank account linked/seeded with Aadhaar. - After approval at the government level, the bank draft is issued from the designation of the concerned District Magistrate.
