Brief Description
The scheme aims to provide free one-week residential hands-on certificate training programs to undergraduate, postgraduate students, researchers, and faculty members, including accommodation and meals.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Graduates/postgraduate students, researchers, and professors from all educational institutions (both government and private) across Uttarakhand are eligible to participate.

Application Process
Students must first have their applications forwarded by their respective college or university and submit them to USERC through a Google Form. USERC then carries out the selection process (complete applications with the desired training subject and required qualifications are selected on a first-come, first-served basis), after which the selected students receive free residential training.
