Under this scheme, interested entrepreneurs, NGOs, scientists, researchers, and teachers from across the state are provided support to convert natural resources into viable business opportunities by enhancing technology and value addition.

1. The applicant must be an interested Entrepreneur/NGO Scientist/Researcher/Teacher from Uttarakhand.

After inviting applications through an advertisement, the selection will be made based on a presentation before the duly constituted competent committee.
