Application Process

- The student studying in a Sainik School located outside Uttarakhand will apply for a scholarship in that school. - Along with the application, the student must submit the following documents: a valid family income certificate issued by the tehsil, permanent residence certificate, Aadhaar card, and proof of an Aadhaar-linked bank account. All Sainik Schools located outside the state will forward the applications to Sainik School Ghorakhal. Sainik School Ghorakhal will compile the applications, prepare a proposal, and send it to the department. - The department will allocate funds to the concerned schools through Sainik School Ghorakhal, and the schools will disburse the scholarship to the students via DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).
