The scheme provides quality early childhood care, development, and pre-primary education for children between the ages of 3 to 6 years. The scheme ensures safe, child-friendly infrastructure with furniture, TLM, & facilities in co-located Anganwadi centres within government school premises.

1. The applicant should be a boy or girl aged between 3 to 6 years. 1. The child (boy/girl) must not have completed 6 years of age as on the date of commencement of the academic session.

- The child must be taken to the respective co-located Anganwadi centre along with the Aadhaar card or birth certificate as proof of age, which is mandatory for admission/registration. - Admission is free, and children can be enrolled anytime between the ages of 3 to 6 years. All children in the prescribed age group within the area served by Anganwadi centres/Balvatikas operating in government school premises must be registered.
