Brief Description
The scheme aims to promote Sanskrit education by providing free Sanskrit textbooks to students studying in Classes 1 to 12. Under this scheme, annual financial assistance ranging from ₹250/- to ₹700/- is provided to each student enrolled in Classes 1 to 12 of Sanskrit schools.

- The application of the concerned student is first forwarded/recommended by the school principal and then further recommended by the Assistant Director of the respective district. - Required documents include the student’s Aadhaar card and bank account details. - For students studying in the same class during the same session, the student or their guardian can apply online through the <nis:link nis:type=webUrl nis:id=slugId nis:text="Aapni Sarkar portal" nis:value=https://eservices.uk.gov.in/ nis:enabled=true/>.
