1. The application form can be obtained from the office of the District Magistrate of the concerned district and must be submitted there along with the required documents. 1. The Samman Pension will be sanctioned only after verification at the level of the District Magistrate. 1. The pension will commence only after the lifetime of the widowed wife or widower husband of the deceased freedom fighter. All surviving first-generation legal heirs of the deceased freedom fighter, including sons and daughters (married or unmarried), as well as the widow of a first-generation heir, will be jointly entitled to receive the pension.
