Application Process
- The application has to be submitted to the concerned District Magistrate. - Based on the report/recommendation of the District Magistrate, the pension will be sanctioned at the Government level after obtaining the approval of the Hon’ble Departmental Minister or the Hon’ble Chief Minister. - The prescribed application format is not available. As proof, the applicant must submit evidence that his/her late husband or wife was receiving the Loktantra Senani Pension, or that he/she was imprisoned under MISA/DIR during the Emergency period (from 25.06.1975 to 21.03.1977).
