- Application forms can be obtained from the office of the General Manager, District Industries Centre, or downloaded from the departmental website <nis:link nis:type=webUrl nis:id=slugId nis:text="https://doi.uk.org" nis:value=https://doi.uk.gov.in/ nis:enabled=true/>. - Along with the application form, applicants must submit the following documents to the General Manager, District Industries Centre of the respective district: Aadhaar card, bank account details, mobile number, caste certificate, proof of being a craftsman, and an application requesting training or participation in fairs, or a certificate of registration with the Industries Office. Selection Process: - The applications received are reviewed by a committee headed by the General Manager, District Industries Centre. Based on the committee’s recommendations, the Director of the Industries Department approves the selection of eligible artisans. After approval, the selected women are invited for training and participation in fairs.
