Golden Cards for government employees, pensioners, their family members, and employees of autonomous bodies, corporations, authorities, universities, and aided institutions are issued at Jan Seva Kendras, the Unit Trust of India (UTI), or identified hospitals. The definition of ‘family’ and ‘dependents’ under the State Government Health Scheme shall be the same as those specified in the <nis:link nis:type=webUrl nis:id=slugId nis:text="Uttarakhand Retirement Benefits Act, 2018" nis:value=https://www.indiacode.nic.in/bitstream/123456789/4884/1/retirement_benefit_.pdf nis:enabled=true/>. Dependent’s Income Limit: The monthly income limit for a dependent will be determined as per the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) guidelines. Note: Disability refers to a minimum of 40% disability, which must be certified by a Medical Board through an official Disability Certificate.
