1. The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand. 1. The applicant must be a dependent of an ex-serviceman. 1. The applicant should be pursuing a course in Engineering, Medical, or Ph.D. from a recognized institution. Note: It is mandatory that the applicant&39;s correct name is mentioned both in the bank account and the discharge book.

- The applicant must apply online on the official website of the Sainik Welfare Department at <nis:link nis:type=webUrl nis:id=slugId nis:text="www.sainikkalyan.org" nis:value=https://sainikkalyan.uk.gov.in/ nis:enabled=true/> - The following documents are required for the application: Aadhaar card of the applicant, bank account details, ex-serviceman identity card, discharge book, and a certificate of the course in which the applicant is studying. - After verification of applications at the District Sainik Welfare Office and Directorate level, applicants found eligible are provided the sanctioned amount through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) from the Kargil Shaheed Parivar Mukhyamantri Sahayata Kosh.
