Application Process
- The online application is submitted through Shramik Suvidha Kendras. - Along with the application form, the Shramik Card, ANC Card, a certificate issued by the medical officer regarding delivery, and a self-declaration stating that no assistance has been availed from any other department must be attached. - The application must be submitted within one year from the date of delivery. This benefit is admissible only for the birth of up to two children. - After submission, the department conducts verification, and if the application is found correct, the sanctioned amount is transferred directly to the bank account of the construction worker.
