Brief Description
The scheme aims to train and certify youth of Uttarakhand, aged 18 to 30 years, as skilled and professional river rafting guides. Under this scheme, rafting training and internship opportunities are provided to youth of the state.

Application Process
- Applicants must complete the prescribed application form and submit it along with the required documents to the office of the District Tourism Development Officer. - Upon completion of the tests, the District Tourism Development Officer will forward the list of shortlisted candidates to the headquarters. - Final selection of participants will be made by a committee constituted at the headquarters.
