Brief Description
The aim of the scheme is to train and develop skilled youth of Uttarakhand, aged between 18 to 30 years, who are educated, mentally, and physically fit, to become professional paragliding pilots and instructors.

- The prescribed application form must be duly filled out and submitted along with all required documents to the office of the District Tourism Development Officer. - After the completion of the selection tests, the District Tourism Development Officer forwards the list of selected applicants to the headquarters for further processing.
