Brief Description
The scheme aims to train youth of the state as certified trainers and operators in water life-saving techniques. Under this scheme, training opportunities are provided to selected beneficiaries to develop water safety and rescue skills.

1. The applicant must be a youth of Uttarakhand. 1. The applicant must be at least 18 years of age. 1. The applicant should be able to swim 100 meters within 3 minutes. 1. The applicant must be educated. 1. The applicant must be mentally and physically healthy. > The total number of 15 beneficiaries will be selected.
