1. The applicant should be a student. 1. The applicant should be a resident of Scheduled Tribe area of Rajasthan. 1. The applicant should belong to the Scheduled Tribe category. 1. The applicant should participate in a national or international-level sports competition. 1. The applicant should have secured a top-three position at national or international level competition.

Application Process
Step 1: The interested applicant should visit (during office hours) the office and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the staff exclusively entrusted to issue and collect filled-in applications: For districts under Tribal Sub-Plan: Commissioner, Tribal Area Development Department / Deputy Commissioner, Tribal Area Development Department For non-TSP (Tribal Sub-Plan) areas: Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad. Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attested, if required). Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the Concerned Tribal Area Development Department office/Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad.
