Brief Description
The Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Odisha had introduced a scheme named "Khushi" which aims to provide Free sanitary napkins to all girls in Government and aided schools from class 6th to 12th.

1. There is no need to apply anywhere to avail of the benefit of Odisha Khushi Scheme. 1. Girls Students of Class 6th to Class 12 will get free Sanitary Pads/ Napkins in their School. 1. The rural women will contact their area ASHA Worker to get 6 Napkins at the nominal rate of Rs. 6/-. 1. An applicant may visit the nearest local Primary Health Centers (PHCs) or community health centers where information about the Khushi Scheme and its benefits might be available.
