Brief Description
The Skill Development & Technical Education Department launched the BOC Scholarship on 1 December 2022 so that the students pursuing or undertaking technical education will be able to pursue it finally without facing any kind of financial difficulties.

1. The student must be a permanent resident of Odisha. 1. The student must belong to the SC category. 1. The applicant must be pursuing technical education or ITI/Polytechnic courses.

Application Process
Step 1: For registration, click on the Registration button on the home page of [Official Website.]() The registration form will get displayed on your screen where you will need to fill in the details such as: Aadhar number, Name, DOB, Gender, Mobile number, Alternative Mobile Number, Email Id, Create Password and Confirm Password. Step 2: Then click on the Register button. Step 3: Then once again open the official website and click on the tab Apply Scholarship. Step 4: Scroll throughout the page looking for the scholarship name for which you want to apply for. Step 5: After getting the scholarship name, click on the Apply Button. Step 6: The login page will get displayed. Step 7: Enter your details for getting a login. Step 8: After getting a login you will be able to get applied for the scholarship
