1. The candidate and the candidate&39;s mother/father or guardian should be citizens of India and residents of the state of Maharashtra. 1. This scheme is applicable to the students from the open/unreserved category. 1. Students from the reserved category who wish to apply from the open category are eligible to apply for the scholarships. 1. For PG, Diploma after Graduation and Ph.D courses from a foreign educational institution, THE (Times Higher Education) / or QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) Ranking must be within 200. 1. Unconditional Offer Letter from the educational institution of abroad. 1. Annual family income should be less than ₹ 8,00,000/-. 1. Step 01: Applications for this scholarship are invited online every year. Step 02: The applicant should visit the official website/portal of the Directorate of Technical Education: [www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in](www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in) Step 03: The applicant should register herself/himself on the official website. Step 04: Accordingly, the application is received by the Directorate of Training on the online portal till the deadline, After scrutinizing the details of the candidates and checking the eligibility conditions/conditions. A list will be prepared.

Yes, the candidate who is in the job should give a no-objection certificate and also provide information about the organization (Employer) where he/she works.
Is it necessary to have a Conditional Offer Letter from the foreign educational institution?
Yes, the students must have received an Unconditional Offer Letter from a foreign educational institution.
What assistance will the government provide for obtaining passports?
It will be the responsibility of the student to obtain passports and visas.
What rankings are to be considered for selecting the course?
While selecting for Bachelor's Scholarship, the QS or THE ranking average will be considered.
How to verify the document if the candidate has taken his/her original document/s abroad for personal examination?
Such documents/certificates should be signed by the candidate (including education) and certified by the concerned authorities of the University. Further, he/she can by taking or attesting from Indian embassies abroad and send a scanned copy through e-mails immediately, and the originals which are attested/certified to be sent by courier to Directorate.
