Eligibility Criteria
1. The applicant must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh. 1. The applicant should be a victim of a wild animal attack, resulting in injury or death. 1. The applicant should submit proof that the injury or death was caused by a wild animal (excluding snakes, monitor lizards, and other poisonous creatures). 1. In the case of death, the applicant must be a legal heir, family member, or relative of the deceased person.

Step 2: On the homepage, click "Citizen Registration". You will be taken to the registration page. Step 3: On the registration page, fill in all the mandatory fields (name, mobile number, gender, and captcha) and click "Verify Mobile Number." Step 4: A verification code will be sent to your mobile number. Enter the code and complete the registration. Application Step 1: Visit the Official Website of "Madhya Pradesh Lok Sewa Guarantee Portal". Step 2: Enter your User ID, Password, and Captcha Code, and click "Login." Step 3: Click on "Apply Online Service" and select the scheme you intend to apply for. Step 4: In the scheme&39;s online application form, fill in all the mandatory fields and upload all the mandatory documents in the specified format and size (fields marked with are mandatory), and click "Submit".
