1. The applicant must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh. 1. The applicant must be the mother or father of a daughter serving or retired from any recognized defense service (Army, Navy, or Air Force). 1. The applicant’s daughter must be serving in a recognized defense unit or retired not more than five years ago.

Step 2: In the online registration form, fill the following mandatory fields: Email ID, Mobile Number. Create a password and confirm. Finally, click "Submit" to complete the registration. Step 3: After successful registration, the User ID and Password will be generated. Application Step 1: Visit the official website. Sign in using your Username and Password created during registration. Step 2: Navigate to the online form of the scheme. In the form, fill in all the mandatory fields and upload all the mandatory documents in the specified format and size. Step 3: Carefully review all the information provided and the documents uploaded. Make any necessary corrections. Click "Save Application". You&39;ll receive a confirmation message upon successful submission of the application, along with an "application number". Click "Print Application" to print the application.
