Eligibility Criteria
1. The applicant must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh. 1. The applicant must be a non-pensioner World War-II veteran who served between 1 September 1939 and 14 August 1945, or his lawful widow. 1. The veteran must have been discharged from military service due to demobilization after the end of World War-II. 1. The applicant must not be receiving any pension from defense services or any other source. 1. In case of the veteran’s death, only the lawful widow is eligible for the benefit. 1. Upon the death of the widow, no other heir (children or relatives) becomes eligible.

In the form, fill in all the mandatory fields and upload all the mandatory documents in the specified format and size. Step 3: Carefully review all the information provided and the documents uploaded. Make any necessary corrections. Click "Save Application". You&39;ll receive a confirmation message upon successful submission of the application, along with an "application number". Click "Print Application" to print the application.
