Application Process
> Application Step 1: Obtain the application form from the Divisional District Office or the Designated Hostel. Step 2: Fill in all the mandatory fields and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required). Step 3: Submit the completed application to the concerned hostel within the stipulated deadline fixed by the District President. Ensure the application is forwarded by the Head of the Institution before submission. > Verification and Approval Step 1: The concerned Divisional District Officer will verify the application and supporting documents. Step 12: Upon approval, admission will be granted based on hostel capacity and compliance with prerequisites. > Timeline Applications must be submitted within one month after the date fixed for admission in schools.
