Step 3: Preparation of the Technical Management Plan - After the initial proposal and demarcation steps (if applicable) are completed, the concerned Landowner, Gram Panchayat, or Gram Sabha must prepare a detailed Technical Management Plan for the tree covered area. - This plan must outline the specific management activities to be undertaken, such as regulating cutting, conservation measures, timber harvesting, enrichment planting, soil conservation, and biodiversity conservation, over the specified working periods.
